Blackcap offers a range of free, confidential, supportive and practical services to men, women, youth and children living with HIV/AIDS. They also offer support to the friends, partners, family, caregivers, and to those at risk for HIV infection. Blackcap also works with LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transsexual) communities to address the challenges and barriers they experience in our community.
