The Sex and YOUth project is an initiative intended to creatively share information from the findings of two Toronto-based studies - The Let's Talk About Sex Study, where 15 young women from the Jane-Finch community used photography and narrative writing to express the factors influencing their sexual decisions and the Black Parent-Youth Sexual Health Communication Study, which explored how Black parents and youth speak to each other about sex and sexuality.
On this website you will find the links to the artistic and informational productions of the Sex and YOUth initiative, such as digital stories, exhibits, and reports from the two studies. The Sex and YOUth initiative was funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research's Knowledge Translation Grant.
